Employment Verification

Validation of work history as provided by the individual being screened. This report may include dates of employment, position(s) and title held, rehire status and other information the former employer(s) is willing to provide. Companies or sources of information may have policies that limit information concerning previous employees or will only confirm information provided by the person being screened. Using a third party for this investigation helps protect the rights and ease the concerns of the previous employer. Generally, a current employer will not be contacted unless requested to do so or required by company policy, state or federal regulations.
